The white is a throwback to the past when Chenin Blanc, French Colombard, and Muscat Canelli were planted more extensively than Chardonnay. These were the days before butter and oak – when white wines were crisp, fruity and rich. This white wine is filled with lemon, red apple, and peach characters. The red blend is a nod to the future. Imagine tasting a wine made from grapes you never heard of before. We use Cabernet Dorsa, Maxinen n n Rouge and Dornfelder.
